What does "sanctuary" mean to you? This online 3D exhibit invites you to step into an immersive and contemplative space dedicated to exploring varied interpretations through woven rugs, designed by 36 leading artists from around the world, including Mona Hatoum of Lebanon and Brendan Fernandes of Kenya. Each reflects personal responses to the word sanctuary—whether that means refuge, sacred space, place of beauty or something uniquely personal.
