The Red Sea International Film Festival aims to position Saudi Arabia as a key player in the global film industry while amplifying underrepresented voices from the Arab world and beyond. Transforming Jeddah’s historic Al Balad (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) into a hub for global cinema, the festival will feature Arab, African, and international feature films, documentaries and shorts, an industry market, workshops and masterclasses for filmmakers and film enthusiasts, and a competition across narrative, documentary and experimental categories. Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, December 4-13.
