Curated by Saudi artist Effat Abdullah Fadag and international curator Alfredo Cramerotti, the festival features 60 large-scale artworks such as sculptural installations, immersive experiences and projection mapping, and welcomes visitors to engage with both traditional and modern interpretations of light and creativity. It is one out of four projects launched by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City for Vision 2030.
